ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS & TECHNICIANS
The job card goes out with the technician, comes back complete with parts, photos and a signature, and invoices before the van gets home.
BUILT FOR
The gap in a field-service business is between the work being done and the invoice going out. LunarTech closes it: the job card is on the technician's phone, parts used are captured on site against the real stock file, photos and the customer's signature are attached there and then, and the invoice can be raised before the van gets back.
For the person in the office, it is about knowing where everybody is and what is still open. Jobs are assigned and tracked, the owner's portal shows the team on a live map, and nothing depends on a paper book that arrives on Friday. Parts draw from the same stock as the counter, so the van stock and the store agree.
WHAT YOU GET
The technician's whole job on an Android handset, offline included.
Captured against the real stock file, not written on the back of the card.
Evidence and sign-off attached to the job where the work happened.
The completed job becomes the invoice without recapture.
Where everybody is, and which jobs are still open.
Every previous visit to that site, in the technician's hand.

Yes. Parts are captured on the job against the same stock file as the counter, so van stock and store stock agree.
Yes — a signature and photos are attached to the job card at the site, as the record of what was done.
